Holiday Weekend

We went skiing on Mt Ste Marie, Quebec (Dec 27th) it was a bit icy and some guy crashed into me but besides that it was all good...

Mont Tremblant Weekend

We had a great long weekend (Fri-Mon) :)
Mont Tremblant was closed (strike) so we went skiing to Mont Blanc (15 min drive) and it was great, the weather was awesome -3/-4c, almost no wind and flurries every now and then.
The pictures turned out pretty I think :)

November 24th, first serious snow of the season

Boris came early from work today and we went to Gatineau for a little hike. The weather was so perfect; fluffy powder on the ground (maybe 7cm or so) and it kept snowing and snowing and wasn't cold at all :)
I am attaching some pictures which were taken with the cell phone so the quality is not that great.

A New Beginning

Well...it's November 15th, 2005 and I am having my morning coffee in Canada's capital and looking out of the window to see the first real snow of this season. It snows for over an hour and some even stays on the ground.
Turning this house into a livable space is taking a while but I am almost done. The washer should be here later today and the dishwasher tomorrow (I hope).
I will post some 'before & after' pictures as soon as I am done (probably on the weekend).
That's it for now, things to do dishes to wash..

The cute guy who'll appear on at least 1/2 of the pictures I'll post in the future is my fiance, Boris. We go engaged on March 23, 2004, we decided to celebrate it one more time in Victoria, BC
